Damages/Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishables, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds: Refunds are processed upon inspection, minus a $9.95 fee for full returns. Bank processing times may vary.
